The MIX is pleased to announce the launch of one of its partners new website!

The Netherlands Platform for Microfinance – a group of 15 Dutch organisations that work together to improve the effectiveness of their microfinance activities – recently launched a new website at: http://www.micro-finance.nl.

We encourage you to check this website to find out more about the Netherlands Platform for Microfinance activities, which include, among others:

• Bi-annual meetings among the members;
• Maintenance of a comprehensive and actualized database on the Dutch microfinance offer (part of the information will be made available to the wider public in line with the Mix Market) ;
• Joint effort to formulate commonly accepted social performance indicators;
• Organization of joint activities in relation to the goals such as for example impact assessments;
• Facilitation of the activities for the United Nations year of Microcredit 2005 in the Netherlands.
