CHALLENGE: 1. The traditional rules of micro credit program is a bar to disburse loan accordingl to the demand of the clients as well as to repay installment by them competent to their income generating system. 2.Notwithstanding the demand of seasonal agriculture loan among the clients,still now ,it is not possible to disburse for the want of agriculture loan fund. 3.One of the main challenges is overlapping. 4.For not having supply of fund from funding agency and accordingly it is interrupted to disburse long term loan among the clients. 5.Notwwithstanding the demand of technology and training support among the clients,it is not possible to fulfill for the want of insufficiency of fund. 6Beneficiaries are not able to utilize loan for the lack of proper knowledge and mechanism and management. 7. As there is no reality of diversification of agricultural production for the cause shrimp culture. As a result opportunity of employment is limited. Ocultar
