Service Providers

The CGAP Information Systems (IS) Fund co-finances MFIs to hire specialized information systems consultants. MFIs may use the IS Fund cofinancing to pay for consultants to:
- Conduct an institutional IS needs assessment
- Act as an intermediary between the MFI and an IS vendor
- Help select an appropriate software
- Develop a plan to improve the existing information system
- Provide support for technology innovations.
