ACAD, a developmental institution, was established to encourage micro-entrepreneurship through small income generating activities among poor and low-income people by providing them with financial and business support services concentrating in rural and or/high poverty Palestinian areas, which live under a difficult political situation. Economic independence and consequently food security for poor people -ACAD's principal goal - will empower microentrepreneurs and make them active in social, political and economic life in Palestine.
