Objectifs:
Providing loans and other high-quality banking services throughout Armenia to entrepreneurs and companies with feasible development perspectives in agriculture, trade, production and service, as well as rendering full scope of banking services to individuals.

Agricultural Cooperative Bank of Armenia (ACBA) was established in 1995 in frames of TACIS project of European Union and was based on the organization structure of European co-operative banks. The Bank was founded by Agricultural Cooperative Regional Unions of 3 Armenian provinces of Shirak, Armavir and Ararat and obtained a full banking license on 29th March, 1996.
ACBA was initially created to finance small and medium size agricultural enterprises and individual farmers. In the next few years the bank began to finance non-agricultural programs in the agricultural sector and since 1999 ACBA has extended loans for small and medium size business development.
For the years 2000, 2001 and 2002 and 2006 the Banker magazine of Financial Times named ACBA as the Best Bank of the Year in Armenia.
In 2006 Credit Agricole S.A., France, made an investment in ACBA's capital and the Bank was renamed and reorganised into ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK CJSC. At present Credit Agricole S.A. is the biggest shareholder in the Bank with 28% of shares (Other main shareholders are 10 Agriciltural Cooperative Regional Unions, NGOs).
As of the end of 2006 ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK was the leader of Armenian banking market by equity capital and loans to real sector of economy.
Since 2003 Bank has implemented International Quality Management System and currently has ISO 9001:2000 certificate.
ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK has obtained Principal Membership and Merchant Acquiring Licenses from Visa International and is currently one of the most active players of card business in Armenia, providing both debit and credit cards, as well as running the largest ATM and merchant network in Armenia
In 2003 Bank launched the first leasing company in Armenia (ACBA Leasing CJSC) together with Credit Agricole Group, IFC, and Lebanese Leasing Company in order to offer lease services to its customer network. Cacher
