1- set up a system of self-managed financing to respond to the financial needs of the population of the Marovoay plains by mobilizing savings from farming income; by financing rice cultivation; by promoting economic diversification; and by exempting farmers of interest rates.
2- promote self-development and solidarity organizations in environments in which they are scarce.
Les objectifs de l'institution:
1-mettre en place un dispositif de financement autogéré pour répondre aux besoins financiers des populations de la plaine de Marovoay em mobilisant et en utilisant localement l'épargne issue des revenus agricoles, en finançant la campagne rizicole en favorisant la diversification des activités économiques, et enfin en soustrayant les payans à l'usure.
2-Encourager la mise en place d'organisation d'auto-promotion et de solidarité dans un contexte ou elles sont rares Cacher
