I. Loan products: Agriculture loans are being disbursed for cattle breeding, cattle fattening, plant growing, crop production and crop cultivation. Loans for trade, service and production. Expansion of business or production, increase turnover or acquirement of new equipment: funding of trade, services, including catering, production of various commodities, processing of agricultural products, rendering of travel services etc. Consumer loans. Loans for purchase of a vehicle, furniture or household equipment, repair apartment or house, education, family events , vacation and other personal purposes. Mortgage loans. Loans for purchasing of an apartment or construction, as well as repair and reconstruction of personal immovable property. Leasing. Acquisition of buildings, equipment, transport and other movable and immovable property, used in business under leasing by private entrepreneurs, farmers, agricultural cooperatives, companies, etc. Business abroad. Loans for private business development abroad. The loan is given for development of trade and services, , production of goods and processing of agricultural products, development of tourism and acquisition of vehicles for business. II. Socially-oriented products Loans under “Kiva” project. A special project oriented on women-entrepreneurs, to finance business projects with a low interest rate. Women entrepreneurs, who do not have proper collateral in the form of real estate as guarantee for the loan, are provided with the special group loan (http://www.kiva.org/partners/171). Aiylkurulush loans. The loan is intended to fund construction, acquisition and reconstruction, repair of personal and commercial immovable property, as well as household premises where incomes from the field husbandry, animal husbandry and remittances from abroad are taken into account in disbursement of loan. Biogas loan product. A special loan for the construction of a biogas plant. It is also planned to introduce lending products to obtain solar panels and water heaters. As part of the development and accessibility to the population of the socially oriented products, as well as social mobilization, the Company works in partnership with EBRD, TAM BAS and other projects. III. Deposit products. There are 4 types of deposits that are distinguished by convenient maturities, attractive conditions and profitable interest rates. “Bai-Tushum” deposit. A special deposit, which enables to save and increase the funds, with possibility to receive monthly income, interest rate is from 1 up to 10% per annum, term from 1 month. The deposit is convenient for those, who need to save money for a planned purchase, and to earn income. “Kelechek” deposit. A special deposit, which enables to save and increase the funds, interest rate is from 4 up to10% per annum, term is from 6 months. A distinctive feature of this deposit is an option of making additions. While the deposit amount increases, incomes of clients increase as well. “Urmat” deposit. A special deposit for senior people, which enables to save and get extra income. Distinctive features of the deposit are increased interest rate and possibility of getting monthly income, interest rate is 1 – 12% per annum, term is from 1 month. “Urmat+” deposit. A special deposit for senior people, which enables to save and get extra income. Distinctive features of the deposit are increased interest rate and possibility of making daily additions. While the deposit amount increases, income increases as well, interest rate is 5 – 11% per annum, term is from 6 months. Cacher
