Palestine for Credit and Development (FATEN) is a non-profit private shareholding company, Registered on 14 July 1999, with registration number 563124478. FATEN emerged from a microfinance program founded by Save the Children in 1995 for the purpose of serving Palestinian women micro-entrepreneurs. FATEN’s operations have expanded to include male entrepreneurs and salaried workers at its 11 branches across the West Bank and Gaza.
