Intean Poalroath Rongroeurng was initially registered with the central bank of Cambodia on January 10, 2005 as a rural credit operator by operating under the name of rice miller association. On July 19, 2005 it was registered with the Ministry of Commerce as a private limited compnay named "INTEAN POALROATH RONGROEURNG LTD", IPR, owned by a two-shareholder. The Company was then granted an MFI license from the National Bank of Cambodia on August 17, 2005.
