The PIEC (Programme Institutionnel d'Epargne et de Crédit) was created in 1995, but its operations began in 1996. The PIEC (Programme Institutionnel d'Epargne et de Crédit) was created in 1995, but its operations began in 1996. In 2000, it became an organization named Piyéli, administered by a Board of Direcors comprised of six members and run by a General Manager. In the same year, it obtained recognition from the Government of Mali by signing a convention with the Ministry of Finance. It is a member of the national network, Asociation Professionnelle des IMF du Mali (APIM). The objective of Piyeli is to become a major actor in the fight against poverty in Mali and to attain financial sustainability.
Le PIEC(programme institutionnel d'épargne et de crédit) a été crée en 1995 mais ses activités ont réellement démarré qu'en 1996. En 2000, il devient une association dénommée Piyéli administrée par une conseil d'administration de 6 membres et dirigée par une Directrice Générale. Dans la même année elle a obtenu la reconnaissance de l'Etat Malien en signant une convention cadre avec du ministère des finances. Il est membre de l'asociation professionnelle des IMF du Mali( APIM). Piyeli se fixe comme objectifs de devenir un acteur majeur de la lutte contre la pauvreté au Mali et atteindre la pérénnité financière. Cacher
