TJAS’s mission is to assist Tier 4 and Tier 3 microfinance institutions (MFIs) in developing countries serving the economically poor to improve their long-term organisational and financial performance. Our aim is to help MFIs improve and launch additional services and products to meet their client needs. We assist high-potential MFIs to realise their goals and make the jump to the next business stage by breaking operational barriers. We concentrate on a range of business areas such as Mobile Banking, MIS, product and service development, internal control/governance and social performance integration.
