To create a service provider profile, please send an email to info [at] themix [dot] org including the following information on your organization:
● Organization Name
● Type of organization (i.e. rating agency)
● Address of corporate offices
● Contact information (e-mail address and phone number)
Also, please send any documents that describe your organization. MIX will review your information and contact you with any questions.
