ASKI is a non-stock, non-profit organization operating primarily in the Northeastern portion of Luzon. As its name Partner in Progress connotes, ASKI was established in 1987 with the goal of alleviating poverty and promote socioeconomic development in Nueva Ecija. Together with its socio-economic agenda, ASKI also focuses on promoting spiritual transformation and bring about fullness of life by harnessing the resources of development organizations for the benefit of those living in poverty. Alalay Para sa Kabuhayan Program (AKP) - Community-based groups of women engaged in microenterprises avail of loans from $40 to $ 400 finance their income-generating projects. The loans do not require collateral, instead the self-help groups employ mutual guarantee.
Individual Lending Program provides bigger amounts of loans to assist micro, small and medium-scale enterprises with higher capital requirements.
Small Market Vendors’ Lending Program provides financial services to vendors who have stalls in markets to augment their capital.
Fully Secured Individual Loans are collateralized loans ranging from $900 to $2,727.
Emergency and Mutual Aid Funds serve as buffer for the microentrepreneurs in times of crisis.
Consultancy and Training Programs for livelihood skills, leadership, financial management, business expenses and savings training, gender sensitivity.
Marriage Enrichment and Transformation Training Program are also offered to help the clients enrich their spiritual, social, political and intellectual development and strengthen their marriages. Hide
