Kosovo is traditionally a patriarchal society. Fathers, brothers, and husbands own an estimated 98% of real estate in Kosovo. ACP would like to change this fact by encouraging women to co-own the assets they help finance through marriage or other family arrangements. For ACP assisting Kosovar women in their desire to own real estate and create assets ensures that these women are given the means and capabilities to experience a new level financial independence currently lacking in post conflict Kosovo.

Atlantic Capital Partners LLC (ACP) was incorporated in February of 2005 as a Kosovar advisory group and later in January 2006 licensed as a Non Bank Financial Institution licensed and regulated by Central Bank Authority of Kosovo (CBAK).
ACP was the first financial institution to introduce mortgage financing to the Kosovar market from a self capitalized fund. Today ACP specializes in home financing and the first and only financial institution in Kosovo to incorporate Real Estate Brokering, Real Estate Legal Advise/Closing and Insurance Brokering to its business model. ACP goals is to offer its customers one stop shop for all their related Real Estate needs.
Furthermore ACP’s has recently entered the pension market in a joint venture with Executive Wealth Management (EWM) and collaboration with Buck Consultants and Schroders. As of February 2007 ACP holds a preliminary license for Supplementary Individual Pensions by CBAK. 2nd such license to be given in Kosovo as of today.
