- The credit union considers itself as an independent private (individual) financial organization, in particular, for rural regions. It is owned by its participants which simultaneously are their clients. "Participants - clients" influence business policy, structure supervising bodies and supervise the management;
- The credit union has developed the credit union as a legally and economically independent association, and is closely connected with the regions, their economy and the population, and depends on sources of financing in competitive financial services corresponding to demand. It works by economic principles and accordingly takes into account such aspects, as profitability, risks and safety.
- The credit union assists the economic and social status of the participants and clients thus contributing to economic and social development, in the corresponding region, and throughout the country.
- The credit union considers itself as a necessary addition and the important partner in the financial market. It is not an institution solely of official bodies or representatives from politics. As a non-bank institution it is subject the requirement on licensing and financial supervision from NBKR.
