Read more“Trust-Union” MFI is a regulated non-banking financial credit institution established in the very beginning as a commercial financial cooperative society in accordance with the law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On credit unions”. In 2011 according to the Law of the KR "On microfinance organizations" the Credit union has been transformed and renamed into "Trust-Union" Microlending Open Joint-Stock Company. Before its transformation the Company was the second largest CU and the very first CU having a deposit license, after transformation a new Company enters the first 10 largest MFIs in the country.
The Company's HQ is situated in Bishkek - capital of the KR. It also has 1 large branch in Tokmok, it is in the northern part of Kyrgyzstan (Chui Region) in 60 kilometers eastwards of Bishkek and 3 sub-offices throughout the Chui region.
The Company was established and registered in the bodies of the Ministry of Justice KR on November 3, 1999.
The Company has a basic license of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (the NBKR) giving right to provide loans to businesses and individuals. The company has legal right to borrow funding from abroad in any currency.
Business model of activity of the “Trust-Union” MCC is socially oriented to provide retail micro financial services to rural population and to population of small towns of Chui Region.
