Green Central Micro Finance Ltd. is financial institution licensed by National Bank of Cambodia on 24 th October 2008 to offer financial service to Cambodian people who are willing to be the real entrepreneur. The company is established with registered capital of 400 Million Riels 100 % shared by parent company named Common Central Holding Ltd which is 100% shared by Korean Investor, Mr. Koo Bon Kwang. By 9 th January 2009, the parent company has invested more capital to Green Central in order to increase registered capital up to 2,000 Million Riels equivalent to US$500,000. The overall purpose of the institution is to strengthen and expand healthy micro finance services to Cambodian people and to participate in development of micro and small enterprises be more active to boost Cambodian economy growth. The institution observes highest principle to implement the law and circular issued by Royal Government and National Bank of Cambodia. Hide
