Inam was initially established in September 2008 in Azerbaijan by 11 physical entities. In October 2008 Inam was registered as a credit union, limited liability company. Inam received a limited license for lending to its members in March 2009. The main purpose of the company to support its low-income members in their entrepreneurial activity, improving their economic situation via promoting their private businesses through small loans from the company. Inam has been conducting its lending activity since April 2009. Currently Inam is operating in 2 regions of Azerbaijan, namely Baku, Absheron peninsula and Salyan district via its 2 branch offices.
