PAMECAS was created following an accord signed between the Senegalese and Canadian governments in 1994. Challenges include: - finalizing the computerization process started in May 2002 - consolidate the extension of the network to the Thies region (second largest economic region of Senegal) and expand in 2 or 3 other regions - identify new products for clients (housing loans, entrepreneurial loans, rural loans...) - work in sub-regional cooperation under the CIF (Center for Financial Innovations).
PAMECAS fut créé à la suite d'un accord entre les gouvernements sénégalais et canadien en 1994. Les défis de l'organisation: - finaliser le processus d'informatisation du réseau déjà entamé depuis mai 2002 et tendre vers l'inter caisse - consolider l'extension du réseau dans la région de Thies (deuxième région économique du Sénégal) et le poursuivre dans dans 2 à 3 autres régions du pays - identifier de nouveaux produits devant répondre aux besoin des sociétaires (crédit aux entrepreneurs, financement en milieu rural, financement de l'habitat...) - travailler en alliance sous régional dans le cadre du CIF (Centre d'Innovations Financières).
