Twenty-four years ago in 1981, the Resource Integration Centre (RIC) was established by a group of distinguished social activists of Bangladesh, as a non-government voluntary organization with a vision of supporting national development efforts in rural areas and creating the condition of social order based on equal rights with special focus on gender equity, economic solvency and human services for disadvantaged people of the country.
