In September 1999 Tlholo was founded and it was incorporated in March 2000. One main challenge relates to finding qualified staff. Lack of on-lending funds and operational grants inhibit potential growths. However, by March 2003 Thlolo had 244 clients and almost double its outreach to 435 clients in March 2004.
